Shipping Policy

General

Shipping rates will be offered to you at checkout based on the size of the order and your location. I ship from Huntington, New York in the good ol' United States. I'll try my best to use recycled and/or reused mailers and packing materials.

If you would like to order from Huntington Audio Labs, but don't see any shipping rates for your country/region, please contact me. 

 

Canada

Shipments to Canada might be subject to duties and taxes. For the time being, Canadian customers must be responsible for any duties, taxes, or other fees imposed at the border. From what I've gathered, that shouldn't come as a surprise to you neighbors up north. But I figured it's worthwhile to mention it here. Additionally, in an attempt to avoid additional brokerage fees beyond duties and taxes that might apply to larger orders, all shipments to Canada will be sent via USPS (post office). 

 

Europe

Hello, friends across the pond. Starting in 2025, I will attempt to fulfill orders to shipping destinations within the United Kingdom, Ireland, and the Netherlands.  For the time being, European customers will be responsible for any duties, taxes, or other fees imposed at the border. From what I've gathered, that shouldn't come as a surprise to you when purchasing online from a small foreign business. But I figured it's worthwhile to mention it here. 

I am also in the process of learning about GPSR and if/how it impacts the sale of these unassembled ktis and development tools.  Please know that for the time being, I cannot take responsibility for a shipment which gets delayed or rejected due to GPSR technicalities. Though it is a small risk, I am sorry that I cannot be sure at this time!

As I get a hang of shipping beyond North America, I will expand shipping to additional countries.
