  • Heads up!

You may want to ADD (x1) of these ready-made 2-pin JST-to-pin-header cable assemblies to your order.

  • A note about breadboard widths

The Probe Caddy was designed to work with standard 400pt and 830pt breadboards with standard .1" pitch and an overall width of 55mm. In my experience, these are the most common board sizes. The visually similar, but slightly wider 840pt board is incompatible for its rails are further apart.

About The Breadboard Breakout - Probe Caddy

Originally designed as a one-off for a friend, the PROBE CADDY has proven itself to be a handy little breadboard topper.

Plugged firm and tight at the end of your breadboard, the PROBE CADDY creates a cradle for you to securely attach your meter probes. Once attached, use jumper wires of your choosing to translate a variety of bulkier meter probe types down to breadboard-friendly scale. The PROBE CADDY will also short 'like' rails to each other from either side of the breadboard... a simple convenience which the rail-spanning PCB design afforded.
